COVID-19: In the event that you may be sick, are exposed to someone who is sick, please reschedule your appointment! ALL RESCHEDULING FEES WILL BE WAIVED.

LATENESS: 

Clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to use the restroom, take before photos and to get settled in. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency.  Late arrivals will be cancelled and an additional charge of $75 will be required to reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS: 

Bookings that fail to complete medical consent forms when required and pay deposits within 48 hours WILL result in cancellation. Please allow 7 days or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 7 days notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your microblading deposit. An additional charge will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 7 days notice.

NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.

We prioritize providing a comfortable, serene and focused environment and this policy helps to provide you with exceptional service.

We understand that your loved ones may want to support you during your visit, so to make their wait as enjoyable as possible restaurants and shopping centers are close by and they can easily return to the studio once your appointment is complete.

MICROBLADING/ PMU DEPOSITS: 

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all Microblading/PMU appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to Cojilio upon booking your online reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your MICROBLADING/ PMU appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the service.

MEDICAL CONSENT FORMS

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients. To ensure a safe and efficient experience, it is crucial to complete our digital medical consent forms and submit the required deposits within 48 hours of booking. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.

- Digital Medical Consent Forms:

  • Our digital medical consent forms are designed to gather important information about your health, allergies, and any pre-existing conditions that may impact your treatment.

  • These forms are essential for our team to provide personalized and safe services tailored to your specific needs.

  • Please take the time to carefully and accurately complete the digital medical consent forms to the best of your knowledge.

- Additional Medical Clearance:

  • If, upon reviewing the medical consent form, our team identifies any factors that may require further evaluation or consultation with a medical professional, we will request additional medical clearance.

  • This additional clearance may involve seeking approval or guidance from the client's primary healthcare provider or a specialist to ensure that the procedure can be safely performed.

- Client Communication:

  • If additional medical clearance is required, we will promptly inform the client and provide guidance on the next steps.

  • We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but it is crucial to prioritize the client's safety and minimize any potential risks associated with the procedure.

- Procedure Postponement or Refusal:

  • If the client is unable to obtain the necessary medical clearance within a reasonable timeframe, we may need to postpone or, in some cases, refuse to proceed with the permanent makeup procedure.

  • This decision is made in the best interest of the client's safety and is in accordance with our commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP

We are very selective when working over existing tattoos done by other tattoo artists’. If you have receive treatment outside of Beautiful Faces or not by Natasha herself, please send a clear photo of your brows to beautifulfacesbynatasha@gmail.com for approval along with your last appointment date and how many sessions you received.

IMPORTANT FOR CLIENTS TO KNOW

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
